Scott D. Salberg, CPA, CVA is the Founder and Managing Shareholder of Salberg & Company, P.A. Previously a Senior Manager at a regional CPA firm, a CFO in industry, and an Audit Manager with the international accounting firm, KPMG, Mr. Salberg has extensive experience serving both private and publicly-held companies in a variety of industries including high technology, internet based marketing and advertising, energy, manufacturing, and distribution, entertainment, health care, and financial services. Prior to his career as a Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Salberg held various electrical engineering and technical marketing positions in industry.
Mr. Salberg holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook and an MBA with Distinction in Corporate Finance and Investments from Adelphi University.
Mr. Salberg is a Certified Public Accountant in the States of Florida, New York and Illinois. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts and Association for Corporate Growth, and serves as a Board member of the Gold Coast Venture Capital Association. Mr. Salberg also serves as an SEC technical consultant and engagement quality reviewer to other CPA firms.

Russell Levy, CPA, is an Audit Director at Salberg & Company, P.A. and has been with the Company since January 2007. Russell has over 20 years of experience in finance and accounting, serving companies in a diverse range of industries including manufacturing and distribution, real estate, healthcare, recycling and financial services. Prior to joining Salberg & Company, P.A. Russell worked as an audit manager at large regional accounting firms both in South Africa and in Boston, MA. Russell also had industry accounting experience as a controller in the retail and real estate industries.
Russell holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of the Witwatersrand (Johannesburg, South Africa). He is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants. Russell has also received the Series 7 (General Securities Representative), Series 66 (Investment Advisor Representative) and Health, Life and Variable Insurance certifications.

Ryan Barth is a Manager at Salberg & Company, P.A. Mr. Barth has been with Salberg & Company, P.A. since May 2005 and previously was an auditor at another firm. Mr. Barth holds a Bachelor of Accounting degree from Nova Southeastern University and a Masters degree in Forensic Accounting from Florida Atlantic University and as a young adult, earned the prestigious Eagle Scout designation.
Mr. Barth's auditing experience includes but is not limited to small to medium cap companies in various industries including, 1940 Act business development companies, oil and gas, entertainment, high technology, online travel, internet advertising and green companies. Mr. Barth has significant experience in accounting and auditing areas relating to mergers & acquisitions, reverse mergers, financing transactions and derivatives. He is a member of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Gold Coast Venture Capital Association.
